Chicken skewer mix
Whether as a snack or a main course, chicken skewers are always a hit and, what's more, they're incredibly easy to make. With our homemade chicken skewer mix, you don't have to worry about the right seasoning ratio. The mix is carefully composed and contains precisely the herbs that perfectly complement chicken skewers.
The herb mix is of course also suitable for chicken legs, chicken wings and drumsticks.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of chicken breast thoroughly with 35g of spice mix and marinate for as long as possible. Do not add salt or other spices.
Ingredients: garlic powder, cayenne, cumin, nutmeg powder, mild paprika, saffron, parsley, Moroccan thyme, onion granules, turmeric, black pepper, white pepper, unprocessed sea salt
