Tajine meat with plum mix
When preparing an authentic Moroccan tagine with plums, everything depends on the seasoning. With this homemade blend, you can quickly and easily bring that traditional flavor to your plate.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of meat of your choice thoroughly with 30 g of salt and marinate for as long as possible. Do not add salt or other spices.
