Southern chicken fillet with oven vegetables and mashed potatoes

Ingredients:
For the vegetables:
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- handful of broccolini
- handful of cherry tomatoes
- 20 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Moroccan Spicy Secrets potato-vegetable mix
For the chicken fillet:
- 300 g chicken fillet, sliced
- 10 g Chicken mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
- 25 ml olive oil
For the puree:
- 250 g mashed potatoes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 30 ml warm milk
- Puree mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets, to taste
Optional: mushroom or pepper sauce
Recipe for 2 people
• Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
• Cut the vegetables into large pieces and place them in an oven dish.
• Season with the potato-vegetable mix and pour olive oil over it.
• Stir well and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until crispy. (For steamed vegetables, cover the dish with baking paper and aluminum foil.)
• Peel the potatoes and boil them until done.
• Marinate the chicken fillet with the chicken skewer mix and olive oil.
• Fry the chicken.
• Drain the potatoes and mash them.
• Add the Puree Mix, butter and milk.
• Dress and serve!
