Harira is considered a culinary heritage in Morocco.
During Ramadan, harira is eaten daily to break the fast, as the soup is rich in ingredients and contains various vitamins. But this richly filling soup also provides a boost in winter.
With our homemade harira Chamalia you can quickly and easily bring traditional flavours to your plate.
Unlike our other harira mixes, the Chamalia harira mix doesn't contain "exclusive ras el hanout." It's therefore ideal for those who don't like warm spices like cloves, galangal, cinnamon, cardamom, mace, star anise, and more.

Preparation method:
For 6 liters of soup use 48g harira Chamalia.
