Suitable for:

Before first use:
- Wash the product with a mild detergent
- Dry it with a clean cloth
- Apply oil to the black rim of the pan to protect it from rust
Cooking tips:
- Preheat the pan on low heat for one minute before each use, gradually increasing the temperature to prevent cracking
- Cooking at a medium or low temperature produces the best results
- Use silicone aids when moving the pot
- Do not drag the tagine to avoid damaging the pan
