Fish mix
With this homemade fish mix, you can season fish to your liking. These herbs add that little something extra to make fish a culinary success.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of fish of your choice thoroughly with 50 g of salt and let it marinate for as long as possible. Do not add salt or other spices.
