Ingredients:

  • 200 g salmon fillet
  • 10 g Fish mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
  • Olive oil
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1/2 leek
  • handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 lemon
  • pinch of pink pepper for finishing
  • 300 g baby potatoes
  • Sniff Potato-Vegetable Mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets

 

Recipe for 2 persons:

•Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

•Marinate 200 g salmon fillet with 10 g fish mix and a dash of olive oil.

•Finely chop 1 shallot, 1 carrot, 1 small zucchini and 1/2 leek and place in an oven dish.

•Add a handful of cherry tomatoes, cut in half.

•Place the marinated salmon on top of the vegetables. Garnish with lemon juice and pink peppercorns.

•Spoon the remaining fish marinade from the bowl and pour over the vegetables.

•Bake everything at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

•Meanwhile, cook 300 g baby potatoes for 15 minutes.

•Drain the potatoes and fry them briefly in a pan with olive oil and a pinch of Potato-Vegetable Mix.

•Serve everything together and enjoy a quick, healthy and delicious meal.
