Wok with lamb and crispy vegetables
 
      A wok full of spice and character! Oriental noodles with tender pieces of meat, crunchy vegetables, and Mediterranean spices from Moroccan Spicy Secrets. The best of both worlds: irresistibly delicious!

Ingredients:
Marinade meat
- 350 g lamb
- 16 g Meat Mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce or ketjap manis
- 1 tablespoon sambal
- 1 tablespoon flour
-  Olive oil
 
Wok sauce 
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 5 tablespoons sweet Teriyaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Chili flakes for spice
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 10 g Wok mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 g sugar snaps
- 45 g broccoli florets
- 60 g carrot
- 100 g red and yellow peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 g fresh ginger
- Olive oil
- Wok oil (chili oil for extra spice)
- Optional: sesame seeds and spring onion for garnish, small peppers for spice
Noodles
- 250 g Oudon or Dandan noodles
Recipe for 3 people
• Marinate the meat with the Meat Mix, soy sauce, sambal, flour and olive oil
• Cut the vegetables into strips
• Crush the garlic
• Cut the ginger into small pieces
• Heat an empty wok
• Add a dash of wok oil (possibly chili oil for extra spice)
• Fry the meat
• Remove the meat from the wok and keep aside
• Add another dash of wok oil
• Stew the garlic and ginger and then fry the vegetables over high heat (this ensures crispiness)
• Season everything with the Wok mix
• In the meantime, cook the noodles until done.
• Make the wok sauce and keep aside
• Add the meat to the vegetables in the wok
• Then add the noodles as well
• Pour the sauce over the mixture and mix well
• Arrange on a plate and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion and small peppers for spice
