Tagine meat with vegetables
This spice mix is ideal for preparing a tasty and traditional tagine with beef or lamb!

Preparation method:
Rub 500g of beef or lamb thoroughly with 17g of the seasoning and marinate for as long as possible. Add 5g of the seasoning to the vegetables or adjust to taste. Do not add salt or other spices.
