Kebda (liver) mix
With this herb mix, a true organ delicacy like liver can be prepared in no time. Liver is packed with vitamin A, making it an excellent source of vitamins.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of liver thoroughly with 33 g of salt and marinate for as long as possible. Do not add salt or other spices.
