Harira mix
Harira, our all-time favourite soup. In Morocco, harira is considered culinary heritage: during Ramadan, the soup is served daily to break the fast, but this rich and hearty soup also provides a boost in winter.
With these homemade harira spices, you can quickly and easily achieve the traditional taste. The harira mix contains a range of warm spices, with ras el hanout and saffron as a base, for a deep, spicy aroma. The mix is freshly ground in our workshop and contains no flavour enhancers or additives, only pure spices.
Not a fan of warm spices such as cloves, cinnamon and cardamom? Then choose Harira Chamalia.
