Kefta (minced meat) mix
This homemade kefta mix makes seasoning ground meat quick and easy. Season the kefta and marinate it for as long as possible. Enjoy the delicious, penetrating flavor afterwards.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of kefta thoroughly with 50 g of water. Do not add salt or other spices.
