Harira is considered a culinary heritage in Morocco.
During Ramadan, harira is eaten daily to break the fast, as the soup is rich in ingredients and contains various vitamins. But this richly filling soup also provides a boost in winter.
With our homemade harira mix you can quickly and easily get that traditional taste on your plate.
The harira mix contains a range of warm spices to give the soup a deep, spicy aroma.
Not a fan of warm spices? Then choose the harira Chamalia mix.
Preparation method:
For 6 liters of soup, use 48g of harira mix.
