Chicken tagine with lemon mix
When preparing an authentic Moroccan chicken tagine, everything depends on the seasoning. With this homemade blend, you can quickly and easily bring that traditional flavor to your plate.
Preparation method:
Rub 1 kg of fish thoroughly with 30 g of salt and let it marinate for as long as possible. Do not add salt or other spices.
