Green Sencha Japan
Sencha is the most consumed green tea in Japan, and this is a beautiful quality: whole leaves with a mild, fresh, and slightly grassy taste. Brew the tea with water at 70 °C to keep it soft and free from bitterness.
Preparation for 1 cup
1 full teaspoon of Green Sencha Japan, pour 70 °C water over it, and let it steep for 2 minutes.
