Garlic granulate
Garlic granules are dried garlic in coarse granules of 2 to 3 mm. They provide an intense, full garlic flavor and are convenient in marinades, soups, stews, and with meat, fish, and vegetables. The granules burn less quickly than powder, ideal for the pan and the barbecue.
Garlic (Allium sativum) is a plant from the onion family, originating from Central Asia.
We use garlic granules ourselves in our Scampi with garlic mix and in the spices for roast chicken. Also check out garlic powder and garlic flakes.
Packaged in our workshop in Antwerp. Available in bags of 100 g, 150 g, and 500 g.
