Coriander leaf
Dried coriander leaf has a fresh, lemony flavour and is a staple in Moroccan cuisine: in tagines, harira, salads, marinades and sauces with meat, chicken and fish. Handy to always have at home when fresh leaves are not available.
Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) is a plant from the parsley family that originated in the Mediterranean and the Middle East. About one in ten people taste coriander as soapy, which is genetically determined.
We use coriander leaves ourselves in our Fish mix and Meat mix. Looking for the seeds? Check out coriander seeds.

All the products in our webshop reflect the things we value in our kitchen and on our dining table. We want our meals to be not only delicious but also healthy. That's why we sought out pure herbs, without artificial colors or preservatives, freshly ground from their solid form. And because we enjoy experimenting and creating dishes to our own taste, we also offer loose herbs. You'll also find pure argan and olive oils, saffron, and other must-haves.
