Hibiscus Tea
Hibiscus tea is made from the dried parts of the hibiscus plant. It is known for its red color and medicinal properties. The tea has a sweet, but at the same time bitter taste and can be combined with mint leaves, fruit or other tea flowers. Drink a cup of this tea and bring body and mind to rest.
Preparation of 1 teacup
- 1 heaped teaspoon Hibiscus Tea
- Pour boiling water over (100 °)
- Let it steep for 3-5 minutes
