Horsetail tea
This healthy tea has a refreshing taste and is known for its many health benefits. Preparation 1 teacup
- 2 heaped teaspoons Horsetail tea
- Lightly crush the horsetail
- Pour boiling water over (100°)
- Let it steep for 15 minutes
