Cumin seed
Whole cumin seeds release the most aroma if you briefly roast them in a dry pan and then crush or grind them. Warm, earthy, and slightly peppery: perfect for tagines, curries, lamb dishes, bread, rice, and barbecue dishes.
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum) is a plant from the parsley family, originating from the Middle East and India.

All the products in our webshop reflect the things we value in our kitchen and on our dining table. We want our meals to be not only delicious but also healthy. That's why we sought out pure herbs, without artificial colors or preservatives, freshly ground from their solid form. And because we enjoy experimenting and creating dishes to our own taste, we also offer loose herbs. You'll also find pure argan and olive oils, saffron, and other must-haves.
