Fennel tea
Fennel tea is made from whole fennel seeds and has a mild, slightly sweet and anise-like taste. Lightly crush the seeds before pouring water over them to release the aroma better. A refreshing herbal tea, also nice after a meal. Caffeine-free.
Preparation of 1 cup
1 heaped teaspoon of Fennel tea, pour over with 100 °C water, steep for 8 to 10 minutes.
