Horsetail tea
Horsetail, also known as Equisetum, is one of the oldest herbs in the European herbal tradition. The tea has a fresh, slightly grassy taste. Lightly bruise the herb before pouring hot water over it and let it steep for a long time. Caffeine-free.
Preparation of 1 cup
2 full teaspoons of Horsetail tea, pour 100 °C water over it, steep for 15 minutes.
