Valerian root
Valerian root is known for the calming effect that this herb promotes. This herb is therefore ideal in times of stress, unrest and lack of sleep. The tea has a mild, earthy taste and can be combined with peppermint or lemon balm.
Preparation 1 teacup
- 1-2 heaped teaspoons Valerian root
- Pour boiling water over (100°)
- Let it steep for 10 minutes
