This tea is ideal for promoting well-being. St. John's wort helps with depression and gloomy feelings and also has anti-inflammatory properties. The tea is aromatic and slightly spicy in taste.
Preparation 1 teacup
- 2 heaped teaspoons St. John's wort
- Pour boiling water over (100°)
- Let it steep for 3 minutes
