Ingredients for 4 persons:

Recipe for 4 people:

  • Make a marinade with the fish mix and the olive oil.
  • Rub the fish with this and leave to soak in, preferably for as long as possible.
  • Take a tagine and add a dash of olive oil.
  • Peel the tomatoes, cut into slices and divide over the bottom of the tagine.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices as well. Divide over the tomatoes.
  • Cut the pepper into slices and arrange on the potatoes.
  • Place the fish on top.

  • Add 250 ml of water to the remaining marinade in the bowl.
  • Pour this over the vegetables.
  • Finish with lemon slices.
  • Close the tagine and let it cook for an hour on a low heat.

Tips:

** Serve with crispy bread
** Add vegetables of your choice, such as green or yellow peppers/carrots or sweet potato
