Nettles are characterized by the various vitamins, iron, magnesium and calcium that the herbs possess. This herb helps in the cleansing of the body and thus improves the blood, liver and kidney functions. Nettle tea has a soft, pure taste.
Preparation 1 teacup
- 4 heaped teaspoons of Nettle tea
- Pour boiling water over (100°)
- Let it steep for 8-10 minutes
