Ingredients:

  • 500g liver
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 15g coriander
  • Moroccan Spicy Secrets Olive Oil
  • 16g Liver Mix from Moroccan Spicy Secrets

Recipe for 3 to 4 people:

  • Grind the coriander and garlic
  • Then cut the liver into strips
  • Marinate with olive oil and the garlic/coriander mixture
  • Season the meat with the Liver Mix
  • Take a pan and fill it generously with Moroccan Spicy Secrets olive oil.
  • Brown the liver on both sides
  • Serve with Moroccan bread and lemon wedges for the finishing touch

Tips:

**Ask your favorite butcher to cut the liver into strips or cubes.
**Use parsley instead of cilantro if you don't like it.
