Ingredients:

  • 1.3 kg whole chicken
  • 1 lemon
  • 50 ml olive oil from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
  • 40 g Roasted chicken mix ' from Moroccan Spicy Secrets
  • 200 ml water
  • handful of green olives

Recipe for 4 people

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Clean the chicken with water and lemon, or as usual.

Make a marinade with the roasted chicken mix and olive oil.

Rub the inside and outside of the chicken well with the marinade.

Take an oven dish and place the chicken in the middle.

Add the water to the leftover marinade in the bowl the chicken was marinated in.

Pour this mixture over the chicken in the baking dish to obtain a delicious sauce.

Cover the dish with baking paper and then aluminum foil.

Cook the chicken for 90 minutes at 200 degrees.

Add a handful of green olives (canned: rinse off the salt first!) and turn the chicken over.

Let the mixture cook for another 10 minutes without the silver or baking paper, until the chicken has a nice crispy layer.

* Garnish with toasted almonds and lemon slices.

**Garnish with quail eggs.

** Serve with bread or fries.
