Preparation time 60 min Number of persons 4 Ingredients : 1kg lamb or mutton 30g “Tajine meat with plum mix” from Moroccan Spicy Secrets Handful of sesame seeds from Moroccan Spicy Secrets 100ml olive oil from Moroccan Spicy Secrets 1 large tomato 600ml water 200g dried plums 50g sugar 1g cinnamon from Moroccan Spicy Secrets Recipe for 4 people: Marinate the meat with the olive oil and the Tajine meat with plum mix Cut the tomatoes into slices Take a tagine or a large cooking pot Spread the tomato over the base Place the marinated meat on top Add a dash of olive oil and pour in 450 ml of water Place the lid on the tagine or cooking pot Turn the heat to low and let it cook for 1.5 to 2 hours Take a cooking pot and fill it with 150 ml of water (15 minutes before the meat is done) Add the dried plums, sugar and cinnamon Place the pot on the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes Garnish the plums with sesame seeds Add the plums to the meat Tips: **Garnish with hard-boiled eggs **Use orange blossom water to add extra flavour to the plums **Serve with bread Tasty!
